Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Behappy Speak (the "Service"), a digital subscription service operated by Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) Illya Lavrentyev, registered in Ukraine. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Digital subscription — no physical goods

Behappy Speak is a digital service delivered through Telegram. There are no physical goods, shipping, returns or exchanges. A "refund" here means returning money for a subscription payment, subject to the conditions below.

2. Try before you pay

We offer a free tier (currently 10 messages per day) so you can try the Service before purchasing a paid subscription. We recommend using it to make sure the Service fits your needs before you subscribe.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals and further charges; it does not delete your account.

• Card subscriptions (via Creem): use the Creem Customer Portal available from your Behappy Speak profile, or contact us at elias@lavrentech.com.
• Telegram Stars subscriptions: manage or cancel them through Telegram.

After cancelling, you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. When that period ends, no further payments are taken and your subscription reverts to the free tier. Cancelling part-way through a paid period does not, by itself, trigger a refund for the remaining days (see section 4).

4. When we provide refunds

We want you to be satisfied. We will provide a refund in the following cases:

• Technical failure: if a technical problem on our side makes the Service unusable for you and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time after you report it;
• Duplicate or incorrect charge: if you were charged twice or charged in error;
• Where required by law: if applicable consumer-protection law entitles you to a refund.

To request a refund, contact us at elias@lavrentech.com within 14 days of the charge, describing the problem and including the transaction details from your receipt. We review each request individually and aim to respond within a few business days.

5. When refunds are not provided

Because the Service is digital content delivered immediately, refunds are generally not provided:

• for a subscription period that has already been substantially used;
• simply because you forgot to cancel before an automatic renewal, where the Service was available and working;
• for dissatisfaction that is unrelated to a technical failure of the Service (you can evaluate the Service using the free tier first);
• where a refund request is made abusively or repeatedly.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

6. How card-payment refunds are processed (Creem)

Once a refund is approved, it is usually issued within a few business days; how long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider. Payments made with Telegram Stars are subject to Telegram's own refund handling.
